Compute the shipping cost for an US destination order:
- Product: a KungFu Shirt (Shipping Units = 0.550).
- First 0.450 SU Shipping cost is 1.5 /.100 * 0.450 = 6.75 $.
- For the remainder, the rate is 0.75/.100 : Cost=(0.550-0.450) * 0.75/.100= 0.75$
- Total Order Shipping cost is 6.75+0.75 = 7.50 $
