    Damaged items:
    You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of a damaged item. Keep all original packing materials. Don't throw out the box or any of the padding material. If these items are discarded we may not be able to issue a refund.

    The replacement usually is done within 2-3 business days of your contacting us. A full refund including any shipping costs will be returned to you if the products could not be replaced.

    Backordered items require a reasonable time for arrival. Either a refund or a replacement could be issued promptly at your request.

    We do not accept return without a valid reason - No return is allowed on CD and clothing.
